Driver’s Age
The minimum driver’s age should be 25 years and maximum is 75 Years old.
No Drivers surcharges applied.
Driver’s License
The renter and the driver have to be in possession of a full and valid driving license with no major endorsements with at least 1 years of experience Also, a valid ID card or passport would be required at time of pick up.
Domestic driving licenses issued in the US, Canada, Australia and European Union is accepted without an international driving license as long as renter is on Visit Visa.
An International Driver’s License (IDL) or a certified translation is mandatory if the driver’s license is not in English/Roman alphabet. International driver license or the certified translation must be accompanied by the original domestic license of the driver.
Provisional driver’s licenses are not accepted.
Insurance Coverage
Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)
It is included in your rental amount.
Collision damage waiver reduces the customer’s damage responsibility to the excess/deductible amount.
The excess amount for CDW is USD 1000 for all vehicle groups.
Theft Waiver (THW)
It is included in your rental amount.
It reduces the client's financial responsibility for loss or theft to the vehicle to the sum of the deductible excess will apply of 1000 USD.
Third Party Liability (TPL)
It is included in your rental amount.
Insurance coverage for the vehicle rented includes Third Party Liability with a maximum cover of up to 1 Million AED.
The excess amount of USD 1000 will be applied.
Please note that the police report is mandatory in case of any scratches, damage to the car, in case failed to provide the police report, the amount can exceed the excess amount.
SCDW option is available to reduce the liability to zero and can be purchased at the time of pickup starting from 15 USD per day depending on the car group.
Please Note: 1. Police report is mandatory, in case of an accident / damage or theft, without police report insurance is not valid. The customer must immediately inform the rental desk about the incident.
2. Renter must present the vehicle keys and documents to the rental company (Finalrentals) to qualify for coverage, otherwise the insurance will be invalidated and the renter will be liable for the full amount due to the loss of vehicle. In the event of any damage to the vehicle for theft reasons, the insurance does not cover the renter.
3. Any damage due to driver negligence or under the influence of drugs, alcohol or any other controlled substances is not covered by insurance.
4. In case of theft of a vehicle's part (eg. tyre, radio, GPS) the full amount of the part will be charged.
5. Insurance doesn’t cover Windows and mirrors, wheels and tire, undercarriage, engine, the car’s interior, personal belongings, lost keys, extras such as GPS or child seats.
Fees
An extra amount of USD 10 per service will be charged for pickups and drop-off at the Airport.
Other fees:
1. A fee of USD 300 will apply if the vehicle keys are lost or stolen.
2. The renter is responsible for the cost of any toll, traffic fine, parking fines, other penalties, and loss of vehicle keys/documents etc. incurred whilst the vehicle is contracted to them. The rental office will pass the relevant charges on to the renter plus 10% administrative expenses will apply.
3. A fee of USD 100 will apply in case of loss of car registration document.
4. Smoking in the rented vehicle is prohibited. A fee of USD 300 will apply if the renter smokes in the vehicle.
Early Returns/Unused Rental Days
No refunds (partial or full) will be given for rentals ended early including the purchase of ancillary items, late collections, no shows or cancellations made after the rental start date.
Breakdown Assistance
Breakdown assistance is available free of charge. If breakdown assistance is required due to the customer's fault, an additional charge will apply depending on the situation.
Relevant contact details and roadside assistance procedures will be given prior to the commencement of the hire.
Fuel Policy
You have to return the vehicle with same fuel amount as it was supplied to you at the time of pickup. In case of less fuel missing fuel will be charged in addition to a refueling fee of 10% will apply on your return. Unused fuel is not refundable. Fuel charges are payable at the rental desk unless otherwise stated. Supplier's fuel policies change from time to time, please confirm at rental counter.
A fee of USD 800 will apply if the vehicle is refueled with the wrong fuel.
Tolls / Salik
Customer can use the tolls, 4 AED + 12.5% administrative fee will apply for each crossing.
Mileage Policy
Limited Mileage of 250 KM per day, extra mileage charges will apply from 0.30 USD to 0.45 USD depending on the card group.
Cross Border Travel
Cross border travel is not allowed.
One Way Drop Off Charges
One Way Drop off charges will apply, if client picks up from Dubai and return the vehicle to different emirates.
Charges varies from 50 USD up to 150 USD depending on the drop off location.
Ferry Travel
Taking the rented vehicle on ferry is not allowed.
VAT
VAT is included in the rental price and in the additional services.
Payment Methods
Visa, Master and American express Credit Cards are accepted while paying at the rental desk.
Deposit
A refundable deposit of USD 500 will be held through Credit card only.
Delivery and Collection
Delivery and collection service is available.
For Airport locations 10 USD each will apply for pickups and drop off.
For Hotel locations 10 USD each will apply for pickups and drop off.
Grace Period
For Late Pickups
1 Hour of grace period is provided, after that reservation will be assisted in case if vehicle is available or booking will be considered cancelled and no refund will be provided.
For Late Returns
1 Hour of grace period is allowed for late returns, after 1 hour 1 day charge will apply.
Out of Hours
We operate 24/7 for Airport pick ups and drop offs.
Extras
Confirmation of Special Equipment’s depends upon the availability at the rental desk.
