10. Follow The Complete Driving License Requirements Before Hiring A Car On Rent In Dubai.

  1. To drive a car, you must be 18 years old.
  2. However, if you want to rent a car, you must be 21 years old or older.
  3. If you are from GCC countries or from Europe, then carrying an International Driver’s License is not necessary for you as long as you are a tourist.
  4. If you are not from one of the GCC countries plus you are on a tourist visa, you will be required to carry an International Driver Permit from your country. Make sure to carry this with your own Driver’s License and Passport.
